Accommodations:
A limited block of rooms is being held until June 30, 2025, or until the block is sold out. After June 30, 2025, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. If an ADA accessible room is required, we strongly encourage you to place your hotel reservations early.
Getting There by Plane:
We recommend the Nashville International Airport (BNA), approximately 7 miles or 25 minutes away from the JW Marriott Nashville. Various transportation options are available from BNA to the JW Marriott Nashville, including ride shares, and taxis.
Getting There by Car:
Parking costs will vary based on the hotel selected for your stay. Parking costs are NOT included with your EDGE registration pass or with your hotel stay costs and are the responsibility of the attendee.

Where can attendees register?+ |
Will attendees receive confirmation of their registration?+Yes. After registering online, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration. Don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case. |
What types of payments are accepted for EDGE?+All registration fees for the event are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. All fees must be received prior to the event—or paid onsite—before your badge is issued. |
Are there justification letters available to send to internal stakeholders?+Yes. We’ve created a letter template to send to stakeholders within your organization. Please download and modify as needed:

Is my reservation transferable?+Yes. If you register and pay but can’t attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization until July 5, 2025. Please submit all transfer requests to EDGE@powerschool.com and include the first name, last name, title, organization, and email address of the new attendee. Any hotel reservations made will need to be canceled and/or changed directly with the hotel. |
What if I have to cancel?+If you register for EDGE and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time on Wednesday, June 27, 2025, will be charged 50% of the registration cost. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Cancellations must be made in writing. Please submit all cancellation requests to EDGE@powerschool.com. |

What weather should be expected?+The average July high in Nashville is in the 90s with the lows in the mid-70s. While it may be very warm outside, the indoor temperatures at the conference will be cooler, we suggest layers to accommodate for both. |
