Montana’s Kalispell Public Schools needed an online form builder to capture and track specific data that would help identify students at-risk of falling through the cracks.

With PowerSchool Ecollect Forms, the district was able to create customized forms right from within PowerSchool SIS to track a student’s behavior incidents (even minor ones), grades, test scores, and each parent contact that occurred. Based on that information, they could gain deeper insights by seeing all the data in one place, then initiate interventions when a student was struggling.

“Our goal is to better student engagement and make sure kids don’t fall through the cracks,” says Kyra. “Seeing all the data in one place that highlights what we’re trying to accomplish was pretty fantastic.”
