Team Overview

Our Finance team is a passionate, high-performing group committed to supporting PowerSchool operations through accurate and timely financial transaction management. The team provides critical business guidance on a broad range of accounting, reporting, and analytical projects, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

Description

• Monitor and maintain the integrity of ARR data.
• Identify data errors and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to resolve these issues.
• Perform detailed data analysis to provide granular ARR metrics by customer, product, and other
dimensions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.
• Support the implementation of standardized processes for data collection, validation, and
reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
• Assist in integrating ARR metrics from acquisitions, ensuring seamless data incorporation.
• Provide support for daily data integrity checks and research activities.
• Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
The Key Responsibilities out of Team Goals include:
• Ensure data integrity to support strategic decisions and disclosures.
• Identify and address technical difficulties in ARR processes.
• Support cross-functional alignment to prevent data inconsistencies and miscommunication.
• Drive continuous improvements in data monitoring and reporting to adapt to changing business
environments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
    • Have 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
    • Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Show the ability to handle large datasets and perform complex analyses.
    • Have experience in subscription business models and managing subscription metrics, including
    ARR
