Overview

As a Web Producer, you will build, edit, and update webpages in PowerSchool’s WordPress environment Your role will involve drafting pages that have been written, designed, and reviewed by our Content and Digital Marketing Teams. These pages are aligned to PowerSchools’ key objectives, making the website useful and effective as possible for our consumers.  

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

  • Use Wordpress to create drafts of key landing pages, blogs, and resources that attract, inform and connect with PowerSchools key personas around the globe. 
  • Maintain the library of web images, videos and attachments within Wordpress. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as agencies, printers, and event planners, to support campaign activities. 
  • Ensure that all public-facing webpages align with the brand’s tone and visual identity. 
  • Stay updated on marketing standards and practices, particularly on user privacy and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG.) 

Qualifications

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required 

 

Qualifications include: 

  • 1-3 years of relevant production experience using Wordpress or similar technology 
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, including web page production, search engine optimization and web analytics. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
