In connection with the recent cybersecurity incident, PowerSchool is offering two years of complimentary identity protection services for all students and educators whose information was involved and will also be offering two years of complimentary credit monitoring services for all adult students and educators whose information was involved.
If you have reached the age of majority and believe your information was involved in the incident as a result of attending or working at a school in Canada, please visit https://cacreditmonitoringvalidationpage-powerschool.com/?lang=en and provide the requested information (first name, last name and year of birth) to validate if you have been offered access to two years of complimentary credit monitoring services. If your identity is validated, a pop up will appear that provides an activation code and provides you a link to TransUnion’s myTrueIdentity site to enroll.

This page provides you with important information. You will not be asked to provide your personal information via this site to PowerSchool. Based on the included hyperlink to a third party site operated by PowerSchool’s vendor, you may be asked to provide personal information to support an eligibility determination for the credit monitoring services offered by PowerSchool’s vendor. That information may be processed in Canada and/or the United States. Any information inputted into the linked site will not be used for any purpose other than determining your eligibility. Si vous avez atteint l’âge de la majorité et pensez que vos informations ont été impliquées dans cet incident en raison de votre présence ou de votre travail dans une école au Canada, veuillez visiter https://CACreditMonitoringValidationPage-PowerSchool.com/?lang=fr et fournir les informations demandées (prénom, nom et année de naissance) afin de vérifier si vous êtes admissible à bénéficier de deux ans de surveillance gratuite du crédit. Si votre identité est validée, une fenêtre contextuelle apparaîtra avec un code d’activation ainsi qu’un lien vers le site myTrueIdentity de TransUnion pour finaliser votre inscription.
